Integrate with Fraktjakt

Fraktjakt provides APIs to registered business customers who want to connect their own applications with Fraktjakt with the purpose of ordering shipping services through Fraktjakt. In order to do this, we assume that you have some basic knowledge of HTML and XML. Suitable applications include business software, e-commerce (webshops) and market sites. Download the API documentation.

If you want to integrate a webshop or business system with Fraktjakt, then we first recommend checking out Our Easy order import or our Existing shipping modules for webshops.

Automatic shipment updates

We also offer feedback to your system with our ready-made Webhooks. For our Easy Order Import connection, the handling for Shipment Status Webhook is also built-in. If you select it, you will automatically receive callback on the status of the shipment. Shipment Information Webhook automatically sends very detailed information about everything related to the current status of your shipments.

Customer controlled shipping

Customer controlled shipping connection where your customers can choose from one of your defined selection of shipping services. The integration starts with a Query API query that retrieves a list of available shipping services and the customer's shipping selection is then confirmed in a subsequent Order API type 1 query.

Merchant controlled shipping

Merchant controlled shipping connection with the store's own manual or automatic choice of shipping services. Without your customers being able to influence the choice of shipping service. The integration takes place with a simple query to the Shipments API.

If you write a custom integration with Fraktjakt you can test your XML calls on the following pages.

  Query API Retrieve applicable shipping services and prices, ie to apply for shipping to an end customer. Used for Customer Controlled Shipping integration.

  Recommended API for customer controlled shipping.
  Requery API Retrieve cached results from a previous Query API call
  Order API typ 1 Create a shiment order that is added directly to the shopping cart, based on the shipment created in a previous Query API call. Is the second part of a call for Customer Controlled Shipping integration

  Recommended API for customer controlled shipping.
  Order API typ 2 Create a shiment with a predetermined shipping product and no need for a previous Query API call. With no capability to compare or automate the choice of shipping service. Is a Customer Controlled Shipping integration.
  Shipment API Create a shiment with no need for a previous Query API call, where the choice of shipping service can be automated or selected manually after the import. Is a Customer Controlled Shipping integration.

  Track&Trace API Track a shipment created in Fraktjakt
  Shipping Document API Get shipping documents for a paid shipment.
  Webhooks Fraktjakt sends shipping information via a webhook when shipping status or tracking information changes. The call contains all tracking information, information about the agents, estimated delivery time and where the shipping is currently located.
  Webshops API Create new user accounts, company accounts and integrations. Intended to be used by webshop platforms and the like who want to be able to quickly integrate all their users with Fraktjakt.
